LASH MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By subscribing to the Itsher.Beauty/ ITSHER. LASHES & AESTHETICS Lash Membership, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Membership Agreement
The lash membership operates on a 30-day rolling contract. Your subscription will automatically renew every 30 days unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined below.
By enrolling in the membership, you agree to comply with all terms stated in this agreement.
2. Billing and Payments
Membership payments are collected automatically each month via direct debit on your agreed billing date. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available.
If a payment fails, a second attempt will be made.
If the second payment attempt also fails, a £30 failed payment fee will be applied to your account.
The £30 failed payment fee must be paid in cash at your next scheduled appointment.
Membership benefits will be suspended until the outstanding subscription payment has been successfully processed.
Failure to pay the £30 failed payment fee at your next appointment may result in refusal of service and restriction from future bookings until all outstanding balances have been cleared.
Itsher.Lashes & Aesthetics reserves the right to terminate membership in cases of continued non-payment.
3. Cancellation Policy – 30 Days’ Written Notice Required
A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required to cancel your membership.
Notice must be submitted before your next billing date. If 30 days’ notice is not provided, one additional full monthly subscription payment will be due.
If sufficient notice is not given:
The member remains liable for one further monthly subscription payment.
Future bookings will be restricted until all outstanding payments are settled in full.
Any unpaid membership fees must be cleared before further appointments can be booked.
No refunds or partial refunds will be issued once a billing cycle has commenced.
4. Membership Benefits
Membership benefits are strictly for the named subscriber and are non-transferable.
Benefits must be used within the active billing period and cannot be carried forward to future months.
Appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
5. Appointment Policy
All membership appointments are subject to the salon’s standard cancellation, rescheduling, lateness, and no-show policies.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of that month’s membership benefit.
6. Personal Booking Code
Any personal booking code issued is for the exclusive use of the named member.
Sharing your booking code may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
7. Amendments
Itsher.Lashes & Aesthetics reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
